to perform professional functions such as searching information signals of equipment, information used by customers.
VTVCabs service.To use Mcab, users need to meet the following two requirements:- There is an email issued by Vietnam Cable Corporation- Approval of the leaders of the working unit is required and is decentralized on the system of the Telecommunications Infrastructure Center.Mcab can be run on devices using Android operating system (from version 4.1 and up).The systems in the Mcab application include:  + Network monitoring system DOCSIS  + Network monitoring system GPON1.
Network monitoring system DOCSIS1.1.
Upstreamchannel (Node):Allows KTV to look up historical signals and instantaneous signals of a Node, from which give the next treatment plan.   + Signal history of Node: allows KTVs to look up the signal of the node in the selected time period.   + Instantaneous signal of Node: allows KTV to look up the instantaneous signal of 1 node1.2.
Cablemodem:Allows KTV to look up the historical and instantaneous signals of a modem, thereby offering the next solution.   + Signal history of Cablemodem: allows KTVs to look up signals of CM in selected time period.   + Cablemodem instantaneous signal: allows KTVs to look up an instant signal of 1 CM2.
Network monitoring system GPON2.1.
Manage ONU alerts:  + Allow the KTV to view the information of the list of ONUs under warning about signal errors  + Look up information about PPPoE, signal, contract type, ONU historical signal that is in error.  + Upgrade Firmware according to ONUs model2.2.
ONU management:  + Allow KTV to search ONU according to different criteria.  + Look up information about PPPoE, signal, contract type, ONU historical signal  + Upgrade Firmware according to ONUs model2.3.
OLT management:  + Allow KTV to look up the list of ports in 1 OLT.  + Lookup list of ONUs in 1 Port of OLT.  + Look up information about PPPoE, signal, contract type, ONU historical signal of that OLT Port  + Upgrade Firmware according to ONU model of Port OLT.2.4.
Follow ONU + Monitor the ONU signal for a period of time, if it is bad, constantly give a warning to the KTV2.5.
